• Updates to Clinical Experience/Rotation Schedule that affect how off-service learner slots are opened and entered. These changes include a new mandatory course selection requirement when creating spots, as well as updates related to rotation status. - Jan 23, 26

• Updates to Enrolment Page - Completed Trainees (accessible via Admin/Manage Courses/Enrolment), if you navigate to previous academic years, users with disabled accounts now appear in red - Jan 13, 25

• Minor Visual Updates to the Preceptor Feedback/Evaluation Report (accessible via the Assessment & Evaluation Dashboard). This update improves clarity, consistency and overall user experience - Dec 8, 25

Key Changes in the 1.28 Upgrade - June 8, 2025

1.28 focuses on various user stories and bug fixes based on consortium member feedback. This release contains significant bug fixes to Assessment & Evaluation and Competency Based Education (CBE).

• New Feature - Clinical Experience - Rotation Status (Requested, Incomplete, Confirmed)

• New Feature - Clinical Experience - New Views (Simple or Detailed View)

• New Feature - Distribution Setup - disable initial task email

• New Option - Faculty Reports - option to select distributed, triggered or all tasks (NOTE: As per PGME Policy - all Preceptor Feedback must be set up via a distribution
