Support is available through multiple channels. However, due to our triage system and the high volume of email inquiries, we recommend the following steps before contacting the Help Desk:

  1. Ask Internally For technical questions, connect with a coworker, your supervisor, or your Education Manager first. Many common issues can be resolved through peer support.

  2. Check the Documentation Review the Entrada User Documentation for answers. It contains step-by-step guides and solutions to frequently asked questions.

  3. Technical question or an institution process

    While this guide focuses on how to use the system itself, some aspects of effective use depend on institutional processes and role-specific requirements that are managed outside the system. Please review the training section for more information.
