Clear your Cache & Hard Re-Set
Clearing cache and browsing history is an important maintenance step for users interacting with Entrada, here's why:
If the system updates or has changes (design updates, new features), your browser may load outdated cached files, causing display or functionality problems.
Clearing the cache forces the browser to fetch the latest version of Entrada.
It may also be advisable to complete a hard re-set (hard refresh)
How to Clear your Cache
Google Chrome
Steps:
Open Chrome.
Press
Ctrl + Shift + Delete(Windows) orCommand + Shift + Delete(Mac).Choose Time range (e.g., “All time”).
Check Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox
Steps:
Open Firefox.
Press
Ctrl + Shift + Delete(Windows) orCommand + Shift + Delete(Mac).Set Time range to clear.
Check Cache.
Click OK.

Microsoft Edge
Steps:
Open Edge.
Press
Ctrl + Shift + Delete.Choose Time range.
Check Cached images and files.
Click Clear now.

Safari (Mac)
Steps:
Open Safari.
Go to Safari > Settings (or Preferences) > Advanced.
Enable Show Develop menu in menu bar.
Click Develop > Empty Caches.

Hard Re-Set (Hard refresh)
Google Chrome
Click the three dots (top-right corner).
Go to More tools → Clear browsing data.
In the popup:
Time range: Select "All time"
Check "Cached images and files"
(Optional: Uncheck browsing history and cookies if you want to keep them)
Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
Click the menu icon (three lines in top-right).
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security.
Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
Click Clear Data…
Check "Cached Web Content" (uncheck cookies if you want to keep logins).
Click Clear.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three dots (top-right).
Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Set Time range to "All time".
Check "Cached images and files".
Click Clear now.
Safari (Mac)
Click Safari in the top menu.
Go to Settings (or Preferences).
Click the Advanced tab.
Enable "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
Then go to Develop in the top menu and click "Empty Caches".
