IMPORTANT - PLEASE INCLUDE:

  • Your name and role

  • Description of the issue

  • Course/Program/Area affected (include URL)

  • Screenshots are appreciated (if possible)


Response Time: 

  • We endeavour to respond within 24-48 hours pending how your request is triaged

Help Desk Triage Levels:

🔴 Critical – System down or urgent system functionality

🟠 High – Major functionality affected

🟡 Medium – Partial functionality or potential bug, new user account creation

🟢 Low – General inquiries, How-To
