Enhancement Requests

Enhancement requests help us evolve to meet changing user needs. This workflow provides a consistent way to collect, review, prioritize, and implement these requests based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value.

Enhancement Submission Process

Approved users submit enhancement requests through a Microsoft Teams Form where they are prompted to provide detailed information such as the problem, proposed change, administrative/business need, and priority level. This helps us ensure the request can be properly evaluated by the Entrada Oversight Committee.
